What we will claim is the part we control: how the pieces are made, how they are checked, how they reach you, and how quickly someone answers when you write to us.

Craftsmanship, without the shortcuts

Our pieces are produced by professional factories using top-grade materials, and each one is inspected before it ships. We do not carry a cheap tier and a good tier — there is one standard, and pieces that miss it do not go out. This is also why our prices are not the lowest you will find. Sellers who undercut us are usually buying a different product than we are, and you find out which one at the moment you open the box.

What our record actually looks like

Getting it to you

We ship free to more than 200 countries, direct to your door. You do not need a forwarding agent and you do not need to route the parcel through a third party — we send it to the address you give us.

At checkout you can pay with PayPal or a credit card. Both are handled by established payment providers; we never see or store your card details. The payment methods and the final total shown at checkout are the real ones — there is no second invoice afterwards.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days, or if there is a genuine quality problem with what you received, tell us and we will refund or replace it. We would rather absorb that than argue with you about it.

No factory-made piece is flawless, and ours are not either. If an authentic Cartier Love bracelet costs five figures and ours costs a fraction of that, there will be differences — most noticeably in weight and metal density, because that is where the material cost actually sits.

What we get close on is what you see: design, proportion and finish land in the 95–98% range. Close enough to wear daily and get compliments. Not the same object, and we are not going to tell you it is.

We would rather set that expectation now than have you open the parcel and feel misled. Customers who know exactly what is arriving are the ones who come back.

"Are you a scammer?"

It is a fair question and we are not offended by it. Do the research you would do on any seller you found online: read the reviews, look at how long we have been trading, check what people who have actually ordered from us say. We would rather you buy from us with your eyes open than on trust we have not earned yet.

"Why did it take you a while to reply?"

We are based in China and our customers are spread across the world. Between time zones and message volume, a reply can lag by a few hours — especially if you write while we are asleep. It always comes. If you have been waiting more than a day, message again; something has gone wrong on our end, not yours.
